More people
Sat down in a café a few days ago and had a go at drawing some people I saw there. The guys in this drawing are not placed like they were sitting in the café, they just sort of randomly ended up this way on the paper.
11 x 13,5 cm. Lamy Safari in sketchbook, colored with Inktense afterwards.

WOW, Nina, I love them! Your use of Inktense is inspiring...may have to give them another go.
The intensity of your colors is amazing. I also like to see the traces of your decision-making in the drawing.
Great work, as usual. Like the blush on these guys' cheeks--was it cold? Where I sketch there aren't too people around, just some cowgirls on horseback. I guess that wouldn't be too bad.
Don't miss today's effort, my first with a new water brush. And, yes, the Oak stood still for me!

Your work is perfect, like usually. But what is interesting for me that with this picture you call back my memories from visiting Stockholm ...this type of people ..I bet this man in red is IT manager from Ericsson :-)
OOHHH this is great....awesome job!
I admire your decisions to keep certain areas in white -- it is very graphic. Love the colors and the expression on their faces.
This is wonderful ... what vibrant colours, and a great overlayering of bodies. Lovely!
Terrific stuff Nina, having just tried to do faces, yours are great, also love your fading tulips.
The composition is great and I love the colours on their faces!
I like it very much. It would be great as illustration.
I love the collage style of your drawing in this, and the way you add color! Your blog is always a joy to view!
I loved jumping from your art supplies post on the Drawing Club to seeing this brilliant piece made with those tools(?). I have a question about your drawing kit...What is the little bag they're in? I have a bag I use but it's not nearly as neat as yours and doesn't close up all the way so stuff falls out in my main bag.
Ooops. I see now it was Inktense not your watercolors. That's amazing you could use them so well for people. I gave up on my Inktense maybe too quickly.
Great drawing! I really like your style! Maybe I should also try those inktense pencils, so many people use them, they seem to work really good :) I like intense colors...
Gosh, this is fantastic. I know somebody who looks just like the guy with the glasses! Brilliant Nina.
