Orange

I thought I´d never get to eat it....

I´ve been trying out my new Niji Waterbrush with a flat brush tip. Can you imagine that not one single art supplier in Sweden offer these fantastic tools for sale? I have been looking and looking for some place to get it, and finally found a place where I can at least order it online without too expensive shipping costs... From Norway. Thank you, Norway.

14,5 x 12 cm, Lamy Safari with Noodler´s black ink and watercolours on Arches hot press watercolour paper.

Beautiful orange sections, Nina! The Niji waterbrushes are very handy, and I'm happy you found a nearby source. I've seen a lot of wonderful work done with the brushes, yours included.

I didn't realise they did a flat one! Where did you find it? Do hey do UK deliveries?

lovely, lovely, lovely, Nina - just the right amount of detail, and those shadows are beautiful, especially where they cross the oranges on the left. You make it look so easy (even though I know it isn't) - I really envy your style.

Like Dave, I didn't know they had flat-tip versions... I used to do lots of calligraphy so chisel tips always make more "sense" than pointed brushes! Can't wait to look at more of your posts.
