Pile of bones

I went to the Swedish Museum of National History with a friend thursday evening and made some sketches. I have drawn this first fella once before, but from another angle. I like him a lot, he´s got such a personality. I had a lot of fun, and I just know I´ll have to stop by this museum again some time, there´s about a billion things left in there that I didn´t have time to draw this time...

13 x 18 cm, drawing 1: Lamy Safari with Noodler´s Lexington gray ink, drawing 2: Copic Multiliner SP, both on sketchbook pages.

Love these sketches. I have a small collection of bones found while hiking, I should try sketching them.

Very nice! I love the T-rex. And the painting using no brushes is awesome.

Fantastic drawings - such vivid detail and sharp, clear lines. These are really inspiring to do some drawing of my own. There's an alligator museum here in New Orleans that I hear has a lot of giant alligator skulls, so maybe I'll take my sketchbook down there after seeing what you did in this post.

I'm in love with your dinofriend. The way you've swept off of and back onto the page.

I love this kind of drawing, Nina, and yours are great examples of the genre.

It's not just that your t-rex is very well drawn, I love the composition as well. You've managed to communicate his size by making him to big to fit on the page. The tail whipping back around to the front illustrates a ferocious predator. Great Job!
