On the road
We took a two-day trip to Värmland, in Western Sweden, towards the border of Norway, where my in-laws live. The road there isn´t too interesting if you have seen it a few times, but here and there it curves so nicely through the hills and the forests, like a soft ribbon, and I just had to try to capture it on paper.

Aww this is so pretty :) Love your work.
I too love your work. This is just beautiful...I would love to visit your country someday.
I live in the desert Southwest of the USA, Nevada, so your environment would be very different than what I see every day.

Surely a different look---gets ones attention for sure and really well done!
Beautiful -- I love the red color.
Nice sketch. Yes, it does look like that out there. When we lived in Stockholm we drove out to Varmland (I can't put the little dots over the a) and saw where my grandfather was born and raised, in Arvika. He came to the US in the 1920s. We still have relatives there, although some may have passed away.
Nicely done! It looks like lovely countryside - very similar to where I live out in the country. nancy
Beautiful lines...Love your choice of color! :)
this is very creative! I love use of only 2 tones of red :)
